there is a 30-day guarantee on all Rubber Sodapup Toys.
If the dog destroys the toy within 30 days, it will be replaced by us for free.
The conditions of this guarantee:

  • - the size of the toy needs to match the size of the dog. In the product description of each Sodapup toy you can read for which dog size ( weight ), this toy is suitable.
    Each retailer has the responsibility to make sure his customers buy the right size toys. For example medium size dog toys are not made for large dogs.
  • - whenever a toy is destroyed, we would like to receive an e-mail with a picture of the dog and the toy and the invoice for this toy including the date it was bought by the consumer.
  • - If the guarantee is granted, we will replace the toy for free for either the same or a more suitable toy. We will send this toy together with the retailers next order.

There is no guarantee on Lickmats and Nylon toys.
The lickmats are not made for chewing. For the nylon toys it is also very important that the size of the toy matches the size of the dog. For the nylon toys, it is very normal that bits and pieces are scraped off.
